guys lost another 1 kg....in 4 days💁
72.5 公斤 最近减少: 2.5 公斤.    还有: 18.5 公斤.    饮食准则: 合理的.
一个星期减少0.4 公斤

Initially it took time to lose kg but after regularity in my exercise I'm losing wt fast guys..my daily calories intake is around 300 to 400 and I eat normal things like roti ,sabzi ,chawal but yes guys in less amount....and I totally avoid junk food and I have green tea

If it comes to workout I don't really do much ...I walk for half an hour after every meal and in the evening do run and walk for one hour...and do crunches that's it..🙃

dear that's amazing that u have lost weight and reaching your goal with such conviction. But this is also a fact that our brain and other body organs need optimum level of glucose energy to fuction furthur for a long run. 300-400cal is way less for a day. for which u might have to face n number of issues relAted to concentration and reproductive health. more and more power to you. But just increase a bit of ua calorie intake. god bless tc

I take 1200 to 1400 calories daily with one hour of cardio with weight training . I have started from July 24 th of this year with weight of 75 and now I am at 69.7kgs. I am happy with it.

Anamika actually I feel full with less calories only..cz I have habit of eating less since childhood 😅

I started form april.....I was 85 at that time and now i am 70......40 minutes hardcore training program for 4 months weight training half an hour more than 10000 steps daily and badminton....... calories intake is about 1600.....now I am not training but my weight is constant from last 1 and half months.....I can share my pics too

400cal !!!!🙄🙄 my intake was around 1700 cal while I was trying to reduce weight. Even with that I lost 5-6 kilos in 1and half month
