Treadmill: 1Hr 5k..A record for me. I have been preparing for this record for a while. The best I have done on the treadmill before was 40 minutes and 3.0K-. Now that Mr Wayne is challenging us to loose 10lbs b4 thanksgiving. I have to seriously work out. This past week my walking partner had bronchitis and is stressed out. He had chest pains and went to his cardio. Nothing serious thank God, But I ended up not walking my 4K walk with him and was too lazy to use the treadmill at home.
Today started out great. I worked in the garden; Harvested the olives from my garden (about 40 Kilos) and walked with my daughters in the mall. But the serious stuff came this evening with the treadmill.. I hope I can do this (I must do this) 4 to 5 times per week.
