Well, all the weight I gained on the cruise ship and the week after is gone (6kg in 5 days). That was the easy part because most of the first 6kg is water and S&$# (Forgive my french). Next week will be the hardest and the most serious week in my 50Kg-weight-loss-trip. Most importantly this is my social calendar for the coming week:
Tonight (Saturday dinner at my nephew's birthday)
Monday Dinner with cousins living in France
Tuesday Dinner with an old high school friend together with other alumni (mini-reunion)
Thursday Dinner with a business acquaintance and the Mayor.

Not to mention tomorrow is Sunday (Family lunch out)...
The challenge is to do all of the above (It is a social must for me) and still loose 1 -2 kg next week.

Keeping my mobile handy helps in loosing weight. Instead of eating large quantities FAST; I spend time during the meal looking up the food I am eating or the closest meal (mostly cooked meals). Secondly, I eat less because I am always challenging myself to have a 1,000 calorie. deficit per day. Third, the family around me benefits from me looking up the data for them too. So, I am not rude or anti-social by clicking away on my mobile whilst sitting in the midst of a crowd.
