So June and July has come to an end. Exactly 2 months into a healthy eating lifestyle (with some cheating every once in a while) - I'm proud to say, I have lost a whopping 8kgs so far. Although my weight loss is not really noticeable yet, but the feeling is awesome. I can fit into old dresses, and almost all my dresses are now loose. And the best part, my collar-bone is now visible (they were non-existent for the longest time).

So here's looking to another month of successful healthy eating, and hopefully to start exercising.

Hooray :) That's an awesome result for two months! And I know the feeling - I know I've lost weight and built muscle, but I'm having trouble seeing it so far. Every once in a while I catch a glimpse of my thighs and I think they look slimmer, but it's like seeing something fleeting out of the corner of your eye - you're not sure if you saw it or not. Here's to the next month!
