Woke up last night with the sweats and the worst headache around 3am and felt queasy, so I went off to be by myself on my office day bed. I had a hard time getting back to sleep with my cats stomping on me and feeling so rotten. I started to wonder if I was coming down with the 'rona. But after an Excedrin for migraine, I started feeling well enough by 8am to function. Had to take my car to have the bumper tacked back on. The grommets had given out and it was flapping in the breeze. The nice body shop manager told me it was on the house, just bring it back to her when it was time for the full bumper replacement. She even refused cash to get the mechanics some donuts. I'll be back to them for sure.

Spent the next 4 hours at mom's while the contractor was working, then returned tonight to make sure she could get into her temporary bathtub without falling down. It is such an ordeal for her, but fortunately the nice contractor added some safety bars to make it possible. I've dealt with some very kind and generous people today. If everyone were like these folks, what a great world it would be.
