Wake up call! Two hundred plus pounds. It's not the Covid 19 yet, more like the Covid 7, but I'm shocked at how fast I can pack it on. Going up and down the stairs today I was thinking about how much wear and tear I'm putting on my knees just from carrying another 7 pounds. It's not insignificant.

I watched a particularly disturbing episode of 600lb Life last night to motivate me. Besides the blaming others and excuse-making, this patient kept lying to Dr Now and deluding herself about how much she was eating. The only way I can keep up is to log it. I've got to start again today, even if I'm ashamed and don't want to face it.

I love 600lb life. Self-delusion is one of the hardest things to get rid of. I was absolutely shocked when I started recording what I was eating. Those calories sure do add up fast. You can do this

I’m logging. Like you, it’s the only way I can keep myself in check. I even log days like yesterday, which are ridiculous. You can always tell when I’ve been to the store and purchased treats! 😁
