Made the mistake of bringing in some small Filipino pastries called Seniorita Bread into work today. Then a patient brought in some Panera Bread pastries in. I couldn't resist all the temptation. And man oh man, when I get started, I'm like a fiend!
So, now to make up for this transgression. How to go about it? Knock out two tough (but fun as hell) local mt biking trails! Bwahahaha!
So, if you've been a little naughty with the sweets, hey it's ok, just bust your ass and go for a fun workout!
This is the time of year to tear it up, my friends! GET SOME!

Whhhaaatt Up today, Clifford! I will finally get myself out this weekend to hike and bike in northern Minnesota where the sky is big and the lake water blue,,,if it doesn't effing rain all weekend!

Trying to get caught up on a few journals, but most of my hiking is while working in Big Bear. One of the ladies at the gym gave me some info last week about Peters Canyon which is not far from me in Orange County and Crystal Cove State Park, which is down by the beach. I was going to check out one today, but I walked a lot yesterday. Not sure yet. I really enjoy being outside, even if it is just walking everywhere I can on the weekend.
