at least it is a decrease. but 0.2 daily would not be 2#/ wk. I must not be disappointed if that is what I end up with as it would be a steady loss. that would be 70# in a year. pretty amazing. I think I should be happy with that. wold be happy with that. just don't let the switch get turned off. perspective is a fine thing.
