i think part of the big drop last wkend was the fasting on saturday. i went back up afterward. i think 3# wkly is more likely than anything more than that. even so 3# wkly would mean more than 10# a month and even 10# a month would be spectacular if i can keep it up. one step at a time.
tomorrow is 3 wks. 3#/wk would need a wt of 204.6 which seems unlikely. at least there was a good start which gave me the impetus to keep going.
maybe bike riding this week if it is warm enuf, hope so. one more activity to help me along.
if it is 2#/ week then maybe tomorrow is 7.6. who knows time
