Haven’t been motivated in the slightest, trying my best to get it back now though
Sitting down all day Monday - Friday 8-4 is probably not helping but that’s office work for you 🤷🏼‍♀️

I've just joined this.... And after a day I'm struggling, but it's great this app and the community. I'm at my heaviest ever and have so far to go, but just telling myself 2lb a week, it can be done! You can do it! We've got a similar amount to loose.... Just one week at a time xx good luck xx
