so I weighed myself this morning like I normally do on weigh day... I've been eating healthy and really trying these past 4 days.. I've also done a tonne of walking, taking the dog with me to the beach for about a 2 hour walk every day! Its disheartening to see this gain. I'm telling myself its muscle gain and therefore my weight will obviously go up before going down..... we shall see if that's correct.
