Took some Motrin the last couple of days and that helped the knee pain, so I was able to go to zumba class today. I still love it. However, I'm still the new person and I can see that there are cliques on the class, just like high school. I've always been the outcast and still feel that way. Might be my resting bitch face.

I feel great in general today. Sun's out, just enough work on my plate to keep me busy but not too busy. I ate a bunch of crap food yesterday but I'm feeling like I want to eat clean today. Hope I can manage.
