Breakfast: banana, pineapple, tumeric, ginger, almond milk smoothie bowl with rice and amarath, hemp seeds and cinnamon. I normally don't do smoothies but thought the ginger, turmeric and cinnamon and would be beneficial for my flu recovery. I ate 1/2 of the smoothie and saved the rest for Randy.
