My partner made a vegan dinner tonight, just to try it out. it was more edible than expected but I wont be converting just yet.

trying out Vegan for a few months only for health benefits, I am on day 6 and feeling pretty good.

I am vegan and don’t regret it as the weight goes up when I eat normal non vegan diet. Trying to lose the non vegan diet from Christmas. Soups and smoothies. Pretty boring though.

Fruits veg beans lentils nuts Koko yogurt koko milk soup smoothies mash humous nut butter sweet potatoes in the oven for sweets.
