Felt great yesterday. Actually, I've been feeling great the last few days and my energy level is good too. I'm not sure why as I haven't been restricting my calories. We've had a lot of rich holiday leftovers in the fridge, so I've been acting like a human garbage disposal instead of letting food go bad. It's about gone though, and salads are sounding good. I don't know why, but I'm obsessing over radishes now.
