185 even! My lowest point so far.
Yesterday was such a busy day that I didn't have time to meal plan. I didn't eat enough early on in the day and I was feeling tired and cranky by yesterday afternoon. We had a nice dinner out and didn't overeat.
I've been mindful of avoiding all dairy and I've noticed that I have no congestion problems. I didn't even realize I was having a problem until it went away.
Thank you all my wonderful buddies for your encouragements. I'm going to be away most of the next 2 weeks, so please forgive me if I'm slow to respond. I will be making entries by iPhone app, but my phone typing skills suck too bad for lengthy messages.
