Had a nice bday dinner yesterday. Late night coffee with caffeine kept me up until 2am, feeling jumpy and fidgety. Had weird nightmares about my late friend driving a car with me in the backseat and then she fell asleep and we were headed for a crash. I was screaming her name aloud and woke myself up. Maybe I should be taking cbd gummies for anxiety.
Enjoyed zumba class yesterday. They incorporated elements of belly dancing so I had a lot of fun shaking my blubber.
