I'd never give up alcohol, we make so many sacrifices to get back to a healthy weight, there has to be a line drawn somewhere.

Red wine is good for you, so many positive benefits. Giving up some things can do more harm than good. Keep things balanced :)

I agree with mindful-body. I am on 500 calories roughly per meals and my weight is stable and where I want to be.
