Made poor choices at mom's yesterday while watching the game with sis. Mom opened a new jar of one of my biggest weaknesses, chocolate covered almonds. I wasn't counting but I know I ate at least 4 handfuls.

On the plus side, I did go to the gym yesterday morning and was on the elliptical for 31 minutes without my knee hurting. I really want to go to a dance class sometime. I love watching people do the samba on dwts and I want to learn. Too bad Mr C has vowed to never ever dance as long as he lives. I just don't understand it.
