I’ve changed my goal to 200lb, I’ve put on so much weight from being unmotivated that I want to set myself small targets, once I’ve got to 200lb I’ll set myself a new one. The way I’m feeling about myself the previous target seems so unreachable that it was counter productive, I’d look at it an feel shit by how heavy I am now. I feel huge rn, but i will get to where I want to be, slow and steady I guess. I don’t know why I’m posting this, but need to get it out I suppose

don't fret if I can do it you can I used to have the will power of a Sloth! and was 19.5 stone or 265lb Then I found my motivation in my kids my youngest who's autistic asked me if I was gonna die cuz I was so fat! that was two years ago Find the most important thing in your life and concentrate on being there with them for a long as you possibly can Working for me Good luck don't rush if you fuck up and eat 2 pizzas and ice cream for tea Don't punish yourself start again the next meal x
