Back in the gym this morning for another 10 laps, then played some ping pong with Mom. This is a fun stress-reliever. We tend to laugh more than we play, but we also get plenty of exercise chasing that darn ball! I didn't sleep well last night, tossed and turned a bit. Might need to take a sleep aid this evening. Under alot of stress at work and am having trouble getting my mind to shut down for the night. I almost backed out of the gym this morning cause I wanted that extra hour of sleep, but so glad I didn't! Once I go to the gym, I don't regret going. It's just talking myself into getting out of the bed that's difficult! Still really looking forward to Red Lobster and the bookstore tonight--fun times!

Sounds like it was a good time at the gym. Great job on getting to the gym this morning - I know I've had days that I've had to truly force myself, but like you, I felt great afterwards. Hope the stress at work leaves up soon for you :)

It's been great quality time...my sister had went with us a few weeks ago, but she had surgery a couple weeks ago and has been recovering. However...she was released to go back to work tomorrow, so hopefully she will join us on Thursday! I'm wanting to take the yoga class at the gym tomorrow evening, plus I'll be out late tonight, so I'm not planning the gym in the morning. But Thursday and Friday morning, I'll be there! :)
