One-derland! It's a huge psychological boost. I looked on my charts to see when I last weighed under 200. It was May of 2014. Can't believe it was that long ago. I looked over some of my entries to see what happened after that. Major life changes - death, illness, too much work - really mess up my eating habits. Other things I noticed were how sugar makes me overeat and weighing over 210 makes me snore, which leads to headaches.

This is a much better weight, even though not optimal. My knees aren't hurting as often and as bad. I'm sleeping well too. Cravings are manageable, and I can visit my mom and stay away from the giant M&Ms jar she has sitting there to tempt me.

I did go to the gym yesterday and worked hard. 28 minutes on the elliptical. Felt great afterwards.
