Still sticking to it. The low-cal/sugar-free jello and popsicles are helping us feel less deprived. I don't know if those are okay in the long run but they're keeping us from cheating with the real thing. I wish I could be rewired so that sweets tasted bitter.

Been having a weird pain in right lower back for the past 2 weeks. I can feel a knot in there. It's fine in the morning but hurts a lot when standing to clean kitchen at night. Maybe muscles or tendons. I'm so ready for bed around 9:30 these days.
