this week has been rough. we got some bad news about my house. so I've officially had to cancel my trip to Norway and the UK (which was a big motivator to workout. I'd be hiking around) and we've had to post pone our wedding in order to have enough money to repair the house and deal with what needs to be dealt with. AND. as if losing two of my biggest dreams wasn't enough, my back went out again. so I had to take the day off work and go to the chiropractor and rely on my fiance for a lot today. no gym until I feel good enough again to at least do cardio. I'm hoping the next few days will get better. I don't think they could get worse.
