I had cheese again last night. A little to much dairy in the last few days. I think I will take a break tonight.

It's my early day, but I am not seeing my sister. I plan on going home and finish cleaning the house. Tomorrow we are seeing the kids (DD and her BF), and that is always a higher calories day.

Thankful:
I am thankful that I have a home I love, and a home full of love.

Goal for day:
Work off a lot of calories scrubbing the floors and vacuuming. So many stairs!

Positive Thoughts:
I can do anything I put my mind to. I am a strong, confident hottie, intelligent and mostly kind. :-)

I love the mostly kind comment lol. I am mostly kind as well. I need to remember to be thankful as well. I think we all forget that we have so much to be grateful for on a daily basis.

Try some dairy alternative cheeses. I tried goat cheese and the taste grossed me out, so I stick to plant based now. I especially enjoy the Follow Your Heart (melts like real cheese) & Miyoko's Kitchen brand ones. Can be pricey- but they curb the desire enough not to get the real thing. Usually lower cal's and no cholesterol, too. There are really good 'nacho' cheese types, too- WAY less fat & cals.

@QuirkyNat Don't gross out on all goat cheese because you tasted one that wasn't great. Just like regular cheese, there are many different types and tastes. Some are great, some are horrible.

@Nat I usually just don't have much of it. I don't like it on sandwiches, I don't put dairy in my coffee, and most days of the year I find cereal w milk repulsive. LOL I have tried some alternative cheeses, some are ok. But I use it so little it just ends up going to waste. We ate out Sat, Sun, and Mon. I made cheesy choices followed by ice cream, twice! Silly me, colitis does not like that much dairy. :-) @MrsR Thanks, I try. @shiny50 I had to say mostly because I snarked a comment at someone who was abrupt in their comment to me. I deleted it, but I behaved badly. So mostly wins the day.
