Take 1whole egg, 1or half banana,half scoop whey protein,oats,some nuts,chia seed in a bowl and mix it well with spoon or you can use blender.
Then take a frying pan and add some olive oil or coconut oil and heat it on high flame then pour the mixture on the pan and cook for 2-3minutes and flip the pancake and cook it for 2mins and your pancake is ready.
You can use mango,apple or any fruit on topping with 1spoon of peanut butter.
