Okay, it's a new year, which means it's time for new goals. I looked at my progress last year, and before my health issues, I was averaging a 5 lb loss a month. Therefore, since I feel I have learned my body and learned some valuable lessons, I will not push myself to lose like crazy. I want to continue a 5 lbs. loss each month this year. So, here are my mini goals for the year: Starting weight Jan. 1: 177.8 Feb. 1: 172.8 Mar. 1: 167.8 Apr. 1: 162.8 May 1: 157.8 June 1: 152.8 July 1: 147.8 Aug. 1: 142.8 Sept 1: 137.8 Oct. 1: 132.8 Nov. 1: 127.8 Dec. 1: 122.8 Final Goal for year Dec 30: 118
Don't know if I'll actually get this far, but making it my ultimate goal anyway!
