Languishing....

Two days of slightly gains, doesn't my body know I have a goal in mind? How am I going to get those boots by the time I go visit my dad in Missouri November 1 if I don't lose any weight? If I don't lose tomorrow, I'm going on a protein day. That seems to do the trick for me when I'm not losing. I'm eating really well though, not sure why I'm sticking around 195.

It's Monday, time for a new start with a new week. I'm studying some legislation that pertains to my job, I'm going to know it inside and out by the end of the week. What are you doing that is new this week?

Good luck getting those boots. Walking and drinking lots of fluids, mainly water & coffee for me, seems to do the trick. Take a decent multi-vitamin and get rest whenever you can. New? Being more active again on FS :)

You have been doing great so far. Try not to be discouraged. I am going to start drinking more water, too and hoping that will fix my stall. Glad you are making a new start! Hugs!

Just to be clear, this is not a new start on my weight loss, just a Monday motivator for work. Weight loss has been happening continually since March of this year, with no signs of stopping any motivation!
