T minus 5 minutes till I start my first BeachBody video workout in a year of so!

Which program to choose? Insanity? P90X? Chalean? I've got most of BB's vids.

I think I'll do the 'mexican restaurant menu' method of picking. Close my eye's , whirl my hand and whatever selection my finger lands on is what I get!!

edit: I went with Tony Horton's 10 minute workout. yogaflex and whole body. Had to take a phone call at 17 minute mark, which was just right.. I was ready to stop.

I know I'll get more fit as I continue, but damn.. I remember when I could do so much.. 'twas but another life'..
