This plateau is driving me crazy! I skipped birthday cake last night, haven't had a sip of wine, eat less than 900 calories, and still....it's sitting right at the threshold that I want to break through. I even started working out, in fact, that is when this plateau started. Hopefully, this weekend will get me into the ONEs.

Hey - your last weigh in shows a 1 in front of the other numbers...looks good to me! but how can you survive on LESS than 900 cals a day??? I don't know, but maybe your body thinks it's not getting enough fuel, so it's saving up...? just my thoughts, lol - have a great evening!
