4.0 hrs sleep, 3 hrs CPAP, 4.0 fatigue, RNeck 5, Joints 2
fitful sleep, not able to bed sleep till 0200, CPAP was not working well, per CLM,(need to break down,PM) higher fatigue(sleep releated I think), Neck pain up, but I don't think a flare generating pain. Had bfast and taking meds and RMM3 schl. Joints ok. Exercise pain more pronounced today, day 2, but not bad at all.. it's a good pain, hell a GREAT Pain. Due for HD Band workout today, plus CLM...(!) , (!)
