My diet could be called a ZIG ZAG diet,I eat normal calories on day one,day two is low calorie day,day three normal cals,day four low cals and so on.The trouble I have is cheating on my low cal days or friends over on the low cal days and eating to much.But overall it works lowering my weight by eating less overall.
