I ate whatever the hell I wanted to yesterday because I was in the dumps. But then I scored tix to the Scott Weiland (of Stone Temple Pilots) concert in SF yesterday. Freakin awesome concert! He played his own songs, a couple Velvet Revolver singles, and a handful of STP songs. It was in a small venue too so it was pretty intimate. Drank my beers and downed my shots at the corner of the stage. I then got a super burrito to soak up the alcohol in my belly. Now I'm working on 4 hours of sleep. Looks like i'll be running it allllll off again today.

As I'm sure you will!! I started down the same path last night but then remembered tonight (beer, no gym, etc) so with no gym because I was babysitting for a friend I stopped at 2 drinks. I took your advice on a few things with my diet and although my weight is still up and the tummy is big at least I don't feel as big, time will tell. Feel better soon my friend!

Hey if you're gonna do it then do it up right!! Like I said I may be going back to spike days for a bit, maybe 2 a month not sure if I can mentally do more at this point since I'm so trained without them lol. Good run and sleep tonight is what I see in your future. Damn to be young again (although I can hold my own now and then)....

No! I was at the corner of the stage. But I was feeling the music all night. STP has always been my fave band. Just wish they would've played Sex Type Thing, one of the best STP songs ever!
