Right index finger continues to hyper-extend, and with less pain. Knees are free of pain, even when walking downhill. I tried running, but the shock to my knees warned me to stop. Can vertically lift legs with knees fully extended on the captain's chair 10X, 10X, 5X. So, gut hasn't gone to mush. Won't get a hernia. Walked to WL and back without pain and was able to get up the hills without stopping to rest, so big improvementm since Saturday. Still, would not want to fight with a kitten.

Extremely depressed about work and life in general. I want to be on the leading edge, but the people I report to keep me on the trailing because they know I am good at that, and because they don't want me leapfrogging them. We live in a world that worships youth, but I'm not going to let the youth marketers cut me out. I don't want to hurt anyone, but I'm through with letting corporate drones dictate my life. Their heads are going to roll as my body regains a healthy state.
