I'm trying to make some commitments to myself, beginning last Saturday and for 30 days, so until Aug 7. The general idea is to stop poisoning myself, to eat Paleo, and to get my work under control. If I can't get a project under control, I'm going to jettison it. The Paleo is helping. My right index finger will now hyper-extend, as it normally did before the inflammation got so bad, but I still feel burnt out and resentful about my work, which I normally enjoy. Got to get the work under control.

1. No alcohol.
2. No alarm clocks.
3. Minimal social media.
4. Nap every day.
5. Rest every evening.
6. Ween off coffee.
7. No new projects without stopping or completing a current one of comparable commitment. Better yet, Just say no.

So those go with

Do my writing projects during the day, not at night when I am too tired to focus.
Eat Paleo.
Limit work to 50 hours per week.
